Container Sales Terms

All shipping containers sold by KD MES USA, Inc. are subject to the following sales conditions.

Container Condition

Containers are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, unless otherwise stated in writing.

KD MES USA, Inc. does not guarantee cosmetic condition beyond the description provided at the time of sale.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before the container release unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be made via bank wire transfer or ACH using the bank details provided on the invoice.

KD MES USA reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received by the invoice due date.

Container Pickup

The buyer is responsible for arranging container transportation and pickup.

Containers must be picked up within the designated free storage period, typically 7 days after the release number is issued, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional storage charges may apply after the free storage period.

Inspection Responsibility

The trucker or buyer must inspect the container at the depot before leaving the facility.

Once the container leaves the depot, returns, exchanges, or claims will not be accepted.

Container Identification

Buyers must remove all logos, prefixes, and identification markings from containers after purchase.

Taxes and Duties

The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees related to the purchase and transfer of container ownership.

Late Payment

Overdue invoices may be subject to an interest charge of 2% per 15 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Order cancellations after the invoice due date may be subject to administrative fees and associated costs, including deposits or inspection fees.

User Comments and Content
