At KD MES USA, Inc., we strive to provide accurate information and reliable container supply to our customers.

Final Sale

All container sales are considered final once payment has been received and the container release number has been issued.

All containers are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, and no warranties are provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspection Responsibility

The buyer or trucker is responsible for inspecting the container at the depot before leaving the facility.

Once the container has left the depot, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the invoice due date.

If an order is canceled after confirmation, administrative fees and any associated costs (including deposits, survey fees, or inspection costs) may apply.

KD MES USA, Inc. reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Errors

If a payment error occurs due to duplicate payments or incorrect transfers, please contact us immediately. Any valid overpayment may be refunded after verification.
